Partners
For Atlassian Solution Partners
I am Bartosz Stankiewicz. I build three Atlassian Cloud apps, alone, under Stanki Guild sp. z o.o., a small Polish company in Elbląg. If you run Jira or Confluence projects for clients and one of these apps might fit, this page is how to reach me.
I do not send unsolicited e-mail to partners. So the first step is yours: write to support@stankiguild.com. It is the same address as our support page, and it reaches me.
The three apps
#All three are Forge apps for Atlassian Cloud. Data Center is not supported. None of them makes calls outside Atlassian; the trust page shows what each one can reach, read from its manifest.
Approval Flow for Jira adds required sign-offs to work items. A workflow validator blocks a transition until every required sign-off is in, and each decision goes into an audit trail you can export. It fits clients in regulated industries who need to show who approved a change or a release, and service desk teams: it works in Jira Service Management projects too. See the documentation.
Checklist Flow for Jira puts a checklist on a work item. Items marked Required block a transition, for example to Done, so the Definition of Done is enforced and not only written down. It fits IT service management teams that want a change or release checklist to hold up at the transition. See the documentation.
Attestation Flow for Confluence makes named people confirm that they read and understood a Confluence page. Each confirmation is tied to one page version, and readers are asked again when the page changes. It fits clients with a compliance duty: policies, procedures, work instructions. See the documentation.
A word of caution on compliance. The apps produce evidence of what people confirmed. They make no claim for 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 27001, NIS2 or SOC 2, and I do not have a SOC 2 report or an ISO 27001 certificate. Your client and their auditor decide what counts. The trust page lists this in full.
What I can do for you
#- Help with a client demo: set up a sample on your test site, or answer questions while you prepare.
- Answer technical questions from you or your client's admin, for example how a validator decides, what a permission is for, or how to move over from another app.
- Give you one named person to write to. That is me.
- On request, send a Marketplace promotion code for one or more of the apps, for your own use or a client test site. I decide this case by case. This is not a formal partner programme, there are no fixed discounts, and nothing here is a promise of a licence.
A site with up to 10 users has a licence at 0 USD, so a small demo site needs no code. The prices for larger sites are on the pricing page.
What I ask of you
#- Tell me which app, and what the client or the use case is, in a few sentences. No client names needed.
- Tell me what does not work or is missing. The apps are new. I would rather hear what is wrong than have you recommend them without trying.
- If you received a code, do not review the app on the Marketplace. Atlassian's Partner Agreement forbids reviewing your own app, and I keep the same rule for anyone I gave a licence to.
I do not expect exclusivity, a minimum number of clients or a mention anywhere.
How to write
#E-mail support@stankiguild.com. Support hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, Europe/Warsaw. Put "Solution Partner" in the subject so I can tell it apart from a support request. I will answer from the same address and use your message only to reply to you.
Company details are on the about page.
