Pricing
Each of our three apps is free, with every feature, on sites with up to 10 users; above that it is priced per user per month in graduated bands, billed by Atlassian through the Marketplace. These are our list prices in USD. Pricing is graduated, like income tax: the first 100 users are charged at the 1-100 rate, the next 150 at the 101-250 rate and so on, so one more user never makes the total smaller. Checklist Flow and Attestation Flow and Approval Flow are on the Atlassian Marketplace and can be installed from there.

Common questions
#Is there a free version?
Yes. Each app is free, with every feature, on sites with up to 10 users.
How is the price for more users worked out?
Pricing is graduated, like income tax: the first 100 users are charged at the 1-100 rate, the next 150 at the 101-250 rate and so on, so one more user never makes the total smaller. From 11 users every user is charged; the 10 free users are not deducted. For example, 250 users of Checklist Flow cost 100 x $0.80 + 150 x $0.58 = $167.00 per month.
How much is an annual licence?
Ten times the monthly price, which is how Atlassian prices annual cloud app licences (https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/pricing-payment-and-billing/, checked on 18 October 2026).
Can I buy a licence today?
