Terms of Service

Applies to: Checklist Flow for Jira, Approval Flow for Jira and Attestation Flow for Confluence (the "Apps").

We do not use terms of our own. Each App is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace standard end user agreement (Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0): https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/end-user-agreement-v1

The Provider-Specific Terms below form part of that agreement. They are the same text as on each App's Marketplace listing.

Provider: Stanki Guild sp. z o.o., ul. Adama Mickiewicza 13/4, 82-300 Elblag, Poland, KRS 0001264778, NIP 5783187890.

Governing Law and Courts (Section 19.2): the Governing Law is the laws of Poland, and the Courts are the common courts having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office in Elblag, Poland.

DPA (Section 3.3): the Data Processing Addendum at https://stankiguild.com/dpa/ applies whenever the Provider processes personal data on the Customer's behalf.

Security Measures (Section 3.2): the Security Policy at https://stankiguild.com/security/

Support Policy (Section 5.1): https://stankiguild.com/support/

Privacy: the privacy policy at https://stankiguild.com/privacy/ describes the personal data the app stores and where.
