Releases
Releases
The versions of our three apps that run in Atlassian's Forge production environment today, with the date of each release and what it changed. Each version is a tagged commit in the app's repository.
| App | Production version | Released | What changed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Checklist Flow for Jira | 3.1.1 | 1 November 2026 | 3.1.0 plus one fix: when saving permissions was stopped part way, recovery now matches the stopped save's log entries by time and person, so two people saving in the same millisecond no longer hide each other's entries. No permission or scope change. |
| Approval Flow for Jira | 3.0.0 | 30 October 2026 | Major update: an agent approval gate (paid) lets a Rovo agent ask a person to approve one action and get a signed receipt; the agent can never approve, and neither can the person it works for. Also one code for a whole bulk sign-off run, a named approver required on every Required requirement, stricter separation of duties and the signer's name kept with the signature. Two new permissions (write:app-data:jira, read:cmdb-object:jira), so a Jira administrator approves the upgrade. |
| Attestation Flow for Confluence | 3.1.0 | 30 October 2026 | 3.0.0 plus policies for Rovo agents (paid): four tools to look up the policy in force, record that an agent read it and list what a person still has to confirm. An agent's record is a claim and never counts as an acknowledgement. Also faster reports and exports on large sites, with a count of what was not checked. |
Checklist Flow and Attestation Flow and Approval Flow are on the Atlassian Marketplace and can be installed from there.
